Cookies Policy

Cookies are small text files or similar data files that may be placed on your computer, mobile phone, tablet or other device when you visit a website. They allow a website to recognise a device, remember certain information and support the operation of online services. Cookies do not normally contain information that directly identifies you, although information collected through cookies may be combined with other information where permitted by law.

Wildcard Casino may also use technologies that perform a similar function to cookies. These may include pixels, tags, software development kits, local storage and device identifiers. In this policy, we use the term cookies to refer to cookies and these similar technologies together.

Some cookies are set by Wildcard Casino, while others may be set by service providers or other third parties that support website features. The cookies used on the website can change from time to time as services, technology and legal requirements develop. Where required, we will seek your consent before using non-essential cookies.

Why cookies are useful

• They can help pages load correctly and allow core website functions to operate.
• They can remember selected preferences, such as language, region or display settings.
• They can help maintain the security and integrity of accounts, sessions and transactions.
• They can provide information about how visitors use the website, helping us identify errors and improve performance.
• They may support relevant communications or advertising where this is permitted and where the appropriate choices or consent apply.

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are required for essential website functions. They may support account access, session management, security controls, fraud prevention, load balancing and other features needed to provide an online service. Because the website may not work properly without them, these cookies generally cannot be disabled through a cookie preference tool. You may still be able to block them through your browser, but doing so can prevent parts of the website from operating.

Functional and preference cookies

Functional cookies remember choices you make and help provide a more consistent experience. For example, they may remember a preferred setting, the page you were viewing or information used to display the website in a suitable way. If you reject these cookies, some preferences may not be saved and you may need to enter or select them again during a later visit.

Analytics and performance cookies

Analytics cookies collect information about how visitors use the website. This may include the pages visited, the links selected, the time spent on a page, general device information and whether an error occurs. We use this information in an aggregated or otherwise appropriate form to understand website performance, improve navigation and identify technical issues. Analytics data is not intended to be used to identify you directly.

Advertising and marketing cookies

Marketing cookies may be used to understand interactions with promotional content, measure the effectiveness of communications or help present advertising that is more relevant to your interests. These cookies may be placed by Wildcard Casino or by advertising and measurement partners. They may recognise a browser or device across different websites or services. Marketing cookies will only be used where allowed by applicable requirements and according to the choices you make.

Third-party cookies

Certain website functions may be supplied by third parties. Those providers may place their own cookies or use similar technologies under their own privacy and cookie practices. Wildcard Casino does not control every third-party technology. You should review the relevant provider's information if you want to understand how that provider collects, uses or shares information.

When you first visit the website, you may be shown a cookie notice or preference tool. This may allow you to accept all available cookies, reject non-essential cookies or choose categories individually. Your available choices can depend on the device, browser, location and the technologies active on the website. If you change your mind, you may be able to reopen the preference tool and update your selections.

You can also manage cookies through your browser or device settings. Most browsers allow you to view stored cookies, delete existing cookies, block cookies from selected websites or block all cookies. The method differs between browsers and devices, so you should check the relevant help or settings information for the product you use.

1. Open the privacy, security or site settings in your browser or device.
2. Review the available cookie, storage or tracking controls.
3. Choose whether to allow, block or delete cookies, either generally or for particular websites.
4. Close and reopen your browser if needed so the changes take effect.
5. Return to the website and review any available cookie preference options.

Disabling or deleting cookies may affect your experience. Essential services may not work as intended, preferences may not be retained, and some pages or features may be unavailable. Deleting cookies does not necessarily delete information already collected or held by Wildcard Casino or a third party. It may also cause a new cookie notice to appear on a later visit.

If you use more than one browser or device, you may need to set your cookie choices separately on each one. Browser settings may also apply more broadly than this website and could affect other sites you use.

Information collected through cookies may include an internet protocol address, browser type, operating system, device characteristics, approximate location, referral information, pages viewed, actions taken and dates or times of visits. The information collected will depend on the cookie or similar technology involved and how you interact with the website.

We may use cookie information to operate, secure and improve the website, understand visitor behaviour, provide requested features, support compliance processes and measure communications. Where appropriate, cookie information may be linked with account or transaction information for security, service delivery or other legitimate purposes. We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy requirements.

Cookies may remain on your device for different periods. Session cookies are generally removed when you close your browser, while persistent cookies may remain until they expire or are deleted. The retention period depends on the purpose of the cookie, the settings applied and the service that places it. We aim to retain information only for as long as reasonably required for the relevant purpose or as required by law.

We may share cookie-related information with carefully selected technology, hosting, security, analytics, payment, marketing or other service providers where they need it to perform services for us. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law, to protect the website and users, or in connection with the operation or restructuring of our business. Any sharing is subject to applicable privacy and security requirements.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookies Policy when our website, technologies, services or legal obligations change. The revised version will be made available on this page and will apply from the date stated in the updated policy, where a date is provided. You should review this page from time to time so you understand the current approach to cookies.

If you have a question about this Cookies Policy, your cookie preferences or the way information is handled, please use the available contact or support options on the Wildcard Casino website. Do not include sensitive account or payment information unless it is specifically requested through a secure channel.
